Planned properties with at least 1,300 m² gross floor ares

Existing properties
Hotel properties or serviced apartments without operators with at least 30 units
Properties for conversion with at least 1,300 m² gross floor area
Construction law
Core area (MK), mixed-use area (MI) and § 34 BauGB (Building Code) commercial use
