Concierge
If you have any questions or requests, our on-site staff is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm and is happy to help. You can also contact us 24/7 via telephone or email before your arrival and we will process your query as soon as possible.
24/7 check-in
With your reservation confirmation you will be able to use our ideal digital check-in via the HelloGuest multi-app at any time, day or night, and you can access our building and the underground car park.
High-speed internet
Nothing is more frustrating than being cut off from the outside world. After your arrival, you will have your own network (WiFi & LAN) in your apartment. It is personalised so that you are the only one that can use this connection, with a max. of 4 devices.
Weekly cleaning
Our housekeeping staff will clean your apartment once a week (if you stay four nights or more), which includes a cleaning of the kitchen surfaces. This applies for both short and long stays.
Additional cleaning
If you need an additional cleaning, you are welcome to tell our staff. We charge between 35.00 € and 65.00 € depending on the apartment category.
Bed linen & towels
We change bedding and towels once a week (for a stay of four nights or more).
Additional linen and towels
For an additional change of your bed linen and towels we charge between 15.00 € and 40.00 € depending on the apartment category and the amount of linen and towels needed.
Launderette
On the first floor, we have a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer for shared and fee-based use via appWash.
Smart TV
Watching TV via internet (IPTV) is undoubtedly becoming more and more popular. Our fast internet connection allows us to offer IPTV in high quality. And thanks to Smart TV technology, none of our guests will have to do without their personal video experience using Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV etc.
Textile cleaning
For an additional charge, our concierge service will gladly organise the cleaning of your clothes. Please note that this might take some time.
Breakfast
We currently do not offer breakfast. However, there are numerous places to have breakfast nearby. Furthermore, it is possible to ask our concierge service to organise a delivery for you.
Air conditioning
All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant indoor climate during the summer season.
